Showcasing how a firm of Microsoft IT specialists helped a mental health charity to grow.

The brief.

Vantage 365 are experts in helping businesses and organisations exploit the benefits of Microsoft 365.

The team wanted to produce a case study video to showcase how they had helped mental health charity Sporting Wellness to improve their IT systems.

I was asked to produce a short film which would:
  • Highlight their client's pain points.
  • Explain how Vantage 365 had helped Sporting Wellness to improve the efficiency of their systems.
  • Demonstrate their wealth of industry knowledge, and the supportive way they work with their customers.

The solution.

After meeting with the talented team at Vantage 365, my approach for the video was clear.

I believed that the film needed to focus not simply on the IT solution itself, but rather on the way Vantage 365 had helped Sporting Wellness to grow.

The new IT system had allowed the charity to be more time and cost efficient. It meant that they could store and process their clients' data much faster and more securely.

I suggested that we make the video all about the amazing work of the charity, and explain how Vantage 365's expert solution had helped Sporting Wellness to help its clients.

The result.

The process.

I met with Vantage 365's sales and marketing team to understand their strategic business objectives and develop a creative approach for the case study film.
The video was storyboarded in advance, so that everyone could visualise what the finished film would look like. We then set about filming the video. We shot at three three different locations in just one day.
The video was edited together using the initial storyboard and script as a guide. We also added royalty-free music tracks, graphic animations and colour grading.
The final video was sent to Vantage 365 in a web-ready HD format along with thumbnails and caption files, allowing them to upload it to their website straight away.
