Mental Health Awareness Week

Two Lichfield-based companies come together to share advice for people struggling with anxiety.

The brief.

Around 8 million people live with an anxiety disorder in the UK. I wanted to raise awareness of the subject to mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2023.

I contacted Amanda Jackson, a mental health first aid trainer based in Lichfield, and together we produced a short social media video offering five tips for people struggling with anxiety.
"I am passionate about using the power of video to promote awareness of important social issues. I hope this short film helps to inspire positive change in the way that anxiety is perceived".
